REGISTRATION
To make a regular booking, a non-refundable one-off fee of £25.00 per family is required via ParentPay. The School Office will confirm if we can accommodate your request and agree a start date. If we are full, we can keep your request on a waiting list and contact you when a place becomes available. Please click here for our registration form.
Unfortunately, we are unable to accomodate shift patterns.
PAYMENTS
Payments are to be made via ParentPay or by childcare vouchers (please see School Office for details). You will need to calculate how much your bookings are each month/term. We ask that you pay in advance for your child's Sunshine Club bookings on ParentPay and your account will be deducted as each session is taken.
Please pick up promptly at your end of session time. If more than 10 mins late you will be charged the next session charge.
DISCOUNT
If you have more than one child attending the Sunshine Club then a discount will apply to the older sibling only.
ABSENCE
Fees are payable even if your child is absent (ie. illness, school trips, holidays, etc).
CHANGING HOURS OR LEAVING THE CLUB
Four weeks notice is required to cancel your child’s place at the Sunshine Club or to make changes to your current bookings.
N.B Sessions will continue each school year unless the office is notified.
