Ofsted Inspections Ofsted

Ofsted considers Abbey Meads Community Primary School to be a GOOD school.

As with all similar schools in the country we are subject to inspection by Ofsted, the Government Inspection Agency.

Schools can receive Full Inspections, inspecting the school as a whole, or Theme Inspections with regard to individual curriculum subject areas.

Abbey Meads has had 3 Full Inspections since opening in 2000; each time following a different framework as the Inspection Schedule adapts to improving standards and increased expectations in education.

Please see the links opposite to our most recent report (PDF) and to the Ofsted website.

Below is a link to the Ofsted "Parent View" page where it is your opportunity, as a parent of a child attending Abbey Meads Primary School, to tell Ofsted what you think and also see parent view results.
